They said there will be a "statement" at 4:00, not a ruling. They will say (Sorry, Al) We don't have jurisdiction. They won't take the case. Anything else will cause another rebuke or a clear reversal from the United States Supreme Court The SC remanded the case back to the FlSC for clarification. The SC said the FlSC ruling was not clear as to what their ruling was based on - the state statutes or the state constitution. It was not a rebuke or reversal. So much misinformation out there.
