Tony, The Florida SC ruled that Gore gets the disputed votes from Palm Beach that didn't come in on time; they reversed the lower court decision, and ordered the immediate manual recount of ALL counties (including Dade) that had an undervote (with no vote for Pres). They also applied some kind of standard, though I don't get it. FL legislature is meeting as I write, I suspect they will appoint a set of Republican electors. Bush will appeal to the US Supreme Court. John
