You're right, and it couldn't come down to one lower court judge tipping the election, but she handed the FSSC exactly what they needed. Plus, the FL legislature isn't a done deal like most expect, several R senators have said they would abide the FSCC. These folks have to be reelected and if they go against the majority of the public, wham bamm thank you ma'am.
