They ruled 4-to-3. I guess they beat the street in Maria's lingo. Aren't they overruling themselves as they earlier left that discretion to the local canvassing boards?

Very interesting day I missed.

I see a mixed bag, although I have yet to study the weeklies up close.

I am heartened that XMI did not finish over its DT line on the weekly.
