After hour is still in shock mode that no one is certain what the consequence will be but I would say turmoil ahead and if I have any margin, would clear them using the after hour market.

Jim,

Essentially, the election is back on. And I would give Gore a better than even chance of winning. US Supreme's will weigh in, FL legislature will weigh in. The constitution will be challenged.

S&P Futures dropped 30 points after the ruling was announced. They settled at a 10 point discount to the cash.

They reopen in 15 minutes.
