It doesn't matter - the FSC jsut said DON'T Recount the Cuban / Hispanic district - ONLY recount the 9000 no-votes AND Count the votes found ONLY in the Democratic precincts already counted

COMPLETELY UNCONSTITUTIONAL

Their opinion won't stand. But, they have shown their colors and have compromised any respect the public might have for them. I am hoping there will be a groundswell to recall them and vote them out. They need to go to work for the democrats.
