I doubt that Gore wins by this definition. It's when they get into defining "Valid". Valid votes were counted by the machines.

It seems to me like everyone feels this is true, otherwise why have the Bush people been doing eveything in their power to prevent those votes from being counted.

Here's my prediction: Gore will indeed go ahead as a result of the recount, but the legislature will slam dunk it's electoral choices, and Bush will be put in. But everyone will know the TRUTH.
