You know what the FLSC actually did???

They knew they would be overruled by the Federal Supreme Court. They knew that things were getting out of hand and they covered their collective butts. When this is all over they can say "Hey, we tried, but the Feds and the Legislature overruled us". They are then looking clean for such dirty cowards...
