I am not going to go through the 5K posts on this thread but you will find numerous citings where whenever any court ruled for Gore, they were hacks and partisans, and when the same court ruled for Bush on another issue, then they were in good graces again.

If judge Lewis had ruled against Bush, I would have accepted it. Judge Lewis is a Democrat and yet ruled for Katherine Harris on the recount extension from 11/14. In this type of politcal environment, I think that it is easy for everyone to be polarized. Having a Decomcratic judge rule against the Democrats (and a Republican judge ruling against a Republican) lends validity to that judge acting according to the law in subsequent rulings.

As long as you're posting the facts, make sure you post the fact that two of the Fla SC judges reportedly made financial contributions to the Gore campaign and then sat on a case where he was a party.

Only in Florida.

"I thank you for your opinion, but I post the facts."

Really, now? So now you want to take the high road, and be respectful of those who have ruled against your guy Gore. Well, that is certainly a step up from about 4 days ago when you called Ms. Harris a "Whore", because she did her constitutionally mandated duty, and made a ruling she was required to make, and it was against your guy Gore.

I am happy for you, as I always am when someone decides to mature a little bit and renounce their evil ways.

Best regards, Moose
