Do you mean those left-wing partisans, Lewis and Clark?

Don't get your knickers in such a bunch. You all will get the state wide recount that you have been demanding.

And the standard for the recount is straight from the Florida statute existing BEFORE the election and ENACTED by the Florida lege. The intent of the voter.
