Kenneth and Lawdog - as lawyers - as much as you like the decision - I would think you would agree the remedy they imposed is unconstitutional Message 14977154 how can you include partial recounts from select precincts in a county. On a legal basis - I am sure you would agree that upon review that part of the remedy can't stand. That is what they did in Miami-Dade let alone partial recounts in counties across Florida under different standards
