,how can a recount of just the undervote be recounted??
It's really pretty simple, first they pick it up and look at it, mark down the result, and set it in the finished pile. They're starting to get a lot of practice.

TP
(Who is counting this time, the canvassing boards? the court clerks?, I'm not watching TV). I hope it is court clerks or state judges.

You can not select out the UNDERVOTES without also looking for additional OVERVOTES.......the computers can select out those cards with an UNDERVOTE as nothing is recorded but what about ballots with a vote for a single candidate with a clear hole and a dimple in the other candidates slot.......that is an OVERVOTE and should be deleted from the candidate.....a dimple works both ways.... it adds votes but it also subtracts.....the only way to find these OVERVOTES is to manually count ALL THE BALLOTS as these can not be selected out by the computer........since Gore received 200000 additional votes in the 25 counties that used the votamatic (according to my calculations) he is in a position to gain from the UNDERVOTES but lose some from additional OVERVOTES.....by looking only at the UNDERVOTE they have made a fatal error and as a result this decision will likely be overturned by the US Supreme Court.
