Kenneth - no - you there is no "equal protection of law" argument because the entire state is being recounted.

thats not true - Look at the opinion. They are gonna get slapped down by USSC or 11th circuit. they are INLCUDING 168 votes from Miami Dade partial recount (Democratic precincts) - but NOT counting Rest of Miami-Dade (republican Precincts). Only counting so called undervotes.

So this Completely violates equal protection clause

Are you saying that it is constitutional to include numbers from a recount that had the rules changed three times during that recount as to what made a vote, Broward County, and to add the numbers from only a one percent recount from Miami/Dade?

Do you honestly feel that this is an honest and fair interpretation of the legislative intent?

I am asking for your honest opinion, not your party lines.

the entire state is being recounted

Uh...no, that's not what they said. They said 'undervotes only'.
