Does _all_ counties mean the Republican ones too ? I understood it to mean all Florida counties that have not done a manual count of the undervote which had no selection for president recognized by the machine count. A number of counties have already done it. Dade would probably be decisive since they have the most undervote, I think I heard 14,000. My question is whether the election canvassing boards of each county is going to do it. They will be fighting for weeks over each ballot. I think the Dade ballots are in Tallahassee anyway. Maybe they need special masters appointed but that is tough to gear up with the electoral deadline looming on Tuesday. Strange times we live in. John
