Keith, why do you consider the legal ruling as "political activism"? It appears to be entirely consistent with state law, it's just unfortunate the undervotes were not counted sooner. We will have to wait and see how this turns out but I am very interested to see that our next president is the one who actually got the most (electorial) votes and that those are awarded to the one who got the most votes, not whoever the legislature prefers to be president. Isn't that how elections are supposed to be decided (by the vote count)? Bux
