If the Florida Legislature was upholding its constitutional duty, it would have picked two slates of electors, depending on who wins the popular vote in the state. And, no, such has not been decided yet. You can put any spin you want on this, but the fact remains, if GWB is elected solely because of the Florida Legislature, his presidency, by definition, will be a joke.

"Win at all costs" does indeed have a price: zero credibility.
