The high court said the standard to be used to count votes "is the one to be provided by the Legislature," which requires the ballot to show "a clear intent of the voter."

Oh, well that settles it...

"Clear intent of the voter?" The Broward version of intent? The Palm version of intent? Or an actual hole which is most people's version of intent...

Did they punt on that one or what?

Does the FL legislature get to go back and clarify what they meant? How about writing a law that says no dipples and force Broward to recount.

This whole thing is a giant farce.
