"User ID or password invalid" Why am I getting this message?

This problem is happening because one of our authentication servers is having technical difficulties. Our operations team is working on resolving this.

Question two relates to the now infamous E-Mail...

This email was erroneously sent out to many of our users. We sincerely apologize for the confusion. Our billing department finished running the billing for September and October combined a few days ago. There is a small number of users that had declined credit cards (these accounts will be placed on hold for non-payment,) but the vast majority of our clients' accounts are fine and will continue with uninterrupted service.

They are just too busy getting it set up where you can enjoy the entire Liecos network with just one password to worry about something as silly as that. :-)
