Not that I've heard yet. I guess they didn't address such mundane considerations. ("just do it"??)Wouldn't that be a way of just allowing in the votes of those who have already recounted? (PB, Nassau, and Miami, although BOY, that one seems pretty dicey if it's true that they are allowing a partial count, and the counties NOT counted were the ones that allegedly might favor Bush).

Reading dissent-- wow. Pretty vehement.
