I find it amazing the number of people in the last hour that admit that they haven't read the opinion, but whatever it said it must be beyond belief [or illegal].

One could even look at the dissenting opinion of the court which points very specifically where Judge Sauls erred....even the dissenting judges slammed Sauls for being an idiot ... in a tactful sort of way.<s>

You sure make sense: Don't read the opinion but go ahead and form a conclusion that the opinion is "legislation".
