Bad luck!> While not being an international expert, but sometimes an intermittent resident of Florida, I would protest and say it's good luck, although stirring a lot of old memories. Voter exclusion and manually turning wheels in voting machines, forgetting some boxes in parking lots,etc were supposed to have ended in the early 70s, but I don't think any really _new_ taxes were introduced during Bush Sr., correct me if I'm wrong.
