Actually, the ballots will stay in Talahassee.

I'm not so sure. They're supposed to hold a news conference about how all this is supposed to be done at 6PM EST. I suspect that the Fl SC will appropriate several semis & one black Trans Am (ala Smoky and the Bandit), have the ballots moved to the US SC, and order that Justice Rehnquest to count the ballots. It makes as much sense as anything else they've said today.
