Is there enough time for the US Supremes to act? I wonder. I also wonder whether the partisan hack FL Supremes recklessly are casting this into the House in order to do political damage to the Republicans and Bush.

Sen. Orren Hatch was on Hardball with Chris Matthews a few minutes ago, agreeing that the FL Supremes changed the law, made new law, and contravened the gentle decision that the US Supremes handed to them as a favor the first time.
