Yeah maybe, maybe not, throw in, someone will likley warn Monday morning.
I don't have a real good feel for this, but a Bush win and a neutral bias is already priced into the market IMO, and neither may happen.
We have retail sales, PPI, and CPI coming up also, so we could fall a long way is my guess.
And, tax loss selling.
The market is now overbought, IMO.
I'll take my chances short.

Hey Wes. I'm reading the dissenting opinions right now.

Chief Justice Wells dissented with an opinion, Justice Harding dissented with a separate opinion and Justice Shaw concurred with Justice Harding's dissent.

The Chief Justice strongly disagrees with the majority and believes that their decision will not stand up to "almost certain" scrutiny under the United State Constitution.

It is an interesting read to me...
