Priceline reported strong revenue growth of 36.4% q/q to $152.2 million, vs. our $137.7 million estimate. *Gross margin increased 280 bps sequentially to 12.2%, well ahead of our 9.3% estimate. We expect gross margin expansion to continue throughout FY 2000. *Priceline's other key metrics were strong, with 908,000 new customer additions (to 2.9 million), fill rate of 50% (up from 45% in Q2), and 624,000 airline tickets sold in the quarter, up from 440,000 in Q2. *Management continues to make steady progress toward profitability. We are raising FY'00 revenue and decreasing loss per share. *Reiterate our buy rating and 6-12 month price target of $190. PCLN is a core Internet holding.
