The full hand recount of the undervotes MUST occur statewide from my understanding of the law by December 12.

If you haven't read the entire Florida SC opinion document, I advise that you do. There is no way that this will hold up. Wells, Harding, and Shaw had the self-respect to not sign on the dotted line with the pathetic partisan activists. The colors of this court are on full display.
