That's just the rhetoric. He doesnt want them counted because he knows there is a chance he will lose if they are counted.

I know this has been posted at least 5,000 times...because there are no standards...because it is partisan...and because it's not fair to the other voters in Florida...it dilutes their "valid" ballot. That's exactly right, but it is the way Liberal Democrats work. They always dilute normalcy by defining deviancy down. They use things like affirmative action, Gerrymandering, and Liberal judges to give an unwarranted amplified voice to the misfits and undesirables in society. But why be surprised? Liberals also want murders and rapists to go free. They whine and cry because more minorities are on death row than whites, and they proclaim the only reason for this inequity is racism. The thought never occurred to them that minorities commit FAR more crimes than whites. But this is how the minds of Liberals work. It's what makes them Liberals. Just look at who Gore keeps constant company with, after all... Jesse Jackson. Bush will still win, despite the misguided opinion of 4 idiots in Florida. John
