The DNC chartered a jet to bring Democratic operatives to Florida to be ballot counters and observers. Oh, great.

Can he even do that and what court is he going to?

Can you believe that Gore is planning to obtain a court injunction against the legislature for carrying out its constitutional legislative duties? And I have no doubt that the Florida Supreme Court would order it.

The Florida Supreme Court is displaying to all of us what is wrong with an out-of-control arm of government. Talk about the arrogance of power!! This co-equal branch has declared itself to be a super legislature, with powers to make ex-post facto law. Even its own Chief Justice Wells, in his dissent, says that the Court is in conflict with the U.S. Supreme Court ruling of last week. Absolutely nuts, and anybody in Florida who doesn't demand the impeachment or recall of those four justices doesn't give a da** about constitutional government.
