The Sanford Bernstein report was really not that bad. As I have read the only thing Toni said is that he felt SUNW would meet this quarter's earning targets but as he mentioned, he felt that going forward their business would slow due to competition.

This was all that he said which I believe was not that bad, however, in conjunction with the accounting rumor, there was a changing of vast amounts of holders of SUNW who dumped the stock.

I believe that the company does not care about the short-term drop in the stock price since they know that their business is booming. The earnings figures wil speak for themselves.
