he should have tried the case slower, decided the case slower and recused himself slower. these guys act like they weren't around before the 24 second clock.
dems should have had clinton go. then gore would have been the incumbent. fla sup ct hurt gore by delaying certification and therefore contest. delay could hurt gop if dems can get away with partial count. sauls could have helped bush by staying involved.
