Read what the Chief Justice wrote, he said they were lawless and predicts they will be destroyed.

Actually, what they did was so flagrant an act of judicial tyranny that it may galvanize a fully unanimous US Supreme court to strike them down as opposed to a mere majority.

That would greatly benefit the nation.

There was a replay of James Baker reading the dissenting opinion of Florida's Chief Justice. I haven't read the ruling but apparently options were given in the ruling. Either Miami-Dade only or all. He questioned the constitutionality since this ruling was not consistent with the rules in place on Nov 7. I guess this means another audio tape.
