I read the whole dissent. Chief Justice Wells was strong in his wording that, in his opinion, the majority is very wrong.

It looks to me like he completely wrote Bush's appeal to the US Supreme Court.

Oh well, I guess opinions are like, errrr, mouths - everybody's got one...
