Interesting point of view. But I think it comes back to "It's not how you vote that count; it's how the votes are counted." We shall once again see determination of "the intent of the voter" - the FLSC said we will. And while this might work to Bush's advantage in Republican counties, those counties have low populations compared to Democratic counties such as Miami-Dade and cannot credibly contribute enough votes to Bush.

Unless this decision is overruled, I believe Bush will lose because vote manufacturing. Remember, it was the Miami-Dade Canvassing Board that caused that "Republican riot" by attempting to sneak off by itself and count the votes with no "hostile" observers.
