Mike,

I think the US SC will slap these ambulance chasers back to the swamps whence they came. The only problem is we investors continue being punished by the uncertainty.

I have no doubt that the US SC will do just that. The only problem is the limbo we presently are in. There is very little time left. Too many things are scheduled to happen in a very short time. There is just too much uncertainty, and I think the markets will tank on Monday.
