As a lurking Canadian, with dual citizenship in Europe, and lots of contacts in both....do you realize how STUPID the US looks, and particularly Bush.....there are 9,000 or so ballots in question........just count the things.....and get on with it.....for Bush to say they can't be counted and to claim any legitimacy is beyond our comprehension!!! (and I'm neutral on the outcome!)
