Just announced Judge Sauls has recused himself from the case...too bad...we really needed someone like him overseeing this travesty.

y. he is lucky. he has a nice wife. he played high school basketball. he was a bankruptcy judge for 8 years. now, he is a hero. judge lewis also comes out well. so does the sec of state. so do the bushes. even the local canvassing boards (perhaps not broward come out ok) some others come out pretty well.
really just gore, lieberman, fla sup ct , fla leading dem in legislature, jessee jackson, many talking heads a number of others and media come out badly

I think it also says a lot for at least one of the FL SC judges that dissented. 5 of the current SC judges were the same ones that lambasted Sauls previously...so at least one had to break ranks and go for the truth.
