Surfbaron, ooops... sorry, I did not intend to hurt your patriotic feelings. I am sure you have every right to say "My Florida Supreme Court decision - Right or Wrong". All I tried to express in my rather insufficient command of the English language were my thoughts that I rather agree with the statements of the court´s minority opinion. Maybe I expressed my opinion in rather too strong words. The term "being taken hostage" refers to the constant TV-coverage on this matter which reminds me of the OJ trial from which there was no escape either (well, maybe if you moved to Tibet). However, at no time I claimed any of the European election systems to be superior. I you try to tell my that you are not interested in my statements concerning this election for me being a European you might be interested to learn that the outcome of the US election concerns the rest of the world too, as it is the largest economic and military power and the home country of QCOM.
