Not only did the FL SC assume that the changes submitted after the Florida law are to be counted, but also the votes submitted after the deadline of their own creation, and even the partially counted votes.

Based on the US SC., the Florida result is that Bush won by 930 votes, until the FL SC can change their original ruling to the satisfaction of US SC.


I believe this is correct but I haven't seen CNN or MSNBC "experts" say as much yet.
