that's true...the entire period around the 27th is however eligible. it doesn't HAVE to happen on exactly that day. it may even happen in January... one cycle/e-wave guy i highly respect has told me that he expects us to see the Oct. '98 low in short order...i thought at the time that he's probably exaggerating/wrong. i'm not so sure anymore. the market reaction to the court ruling bespeaks the market's fragility...this is the stuff of which panics are made.
