Actually I think the USS Texas is a nuclear powered cruiser. So your right they have no petroleum concerns.

I was less cocnerned about California because they have been supporting very high electric rates. Dozens of plants that are being built are slated for many other parts of the country that do not have that high of electric tariffs.
