The best all-round charity site is this one:

...because it is a collection of many, many charity sites from each of which you can elicit a corporate donation with a click.

Our Hunger Site is there, Sherry, and many others. There is a collection on the home page of "High Impact Donations" -- the ones that give the most for one click, so if you can do only a few, that's a good list to use. (Right now Click For Cure isn't functional.)
