Their original ruling that handed back the case for clarification was done in the most magnanimous way The Supreme Court of the United States can do it, and basically the FL Supreme's said "yeah, whatever. We do it our way, you do it yours". If they take an emergency appeal, I would expect them to bitch-slap the Florida Supreme Court...although they could just overturn it without comment, but I find that highly unlikely.

You're right, though. The US SC did not reverse their decision, they courteously vacated it and sent it back for clarification.

As far as I know the Florida Supreme Court still has not answered the request for clarification and their previous order is still vacated.

You just can't pay for this kind of entertainment! <ggg>
