I see a loud emphatic slam coming by USSupCt they will struggle to make it unanimous it might be 7-2, but who cares? let the dissenter stew in ignomy for the next decade I would imagine FL Chief Justice Wells will be on the telephone with at least one USSupCt justice this weekend I cannot believe the caustic, combative, aggressive, vitriolic language from Congress Congressman Delay was nasty agressive "Florida Supreme Court squandered its credibility judicial aggression must not stand" / jim
