Segragation is alive and well in America today. A Republican cannot get a fair hearing in Florida. When those Judges left the courtroom the other day, they're discussion was not about the points of law raised by the lawyers. Rather, the Supreme Justices looked at each other and said, "What can we do to give our brother, Gore, another chance."
