ANYONE would be in severe consitutional legal jeapordy if they accepted, past current legal deadlines, votes recovered from ONLY PARTISAN TERRITORIES.

From my understanding of the mess of Florida election law, the 'cherry-picking' of counties was perfectly legal, even if unfair. If you have an opinion that Katherine Harris could not accepted the amended returns without legal jeopardy, please give me a link. I have been looking, and have not found such an opinion.

The Republicans have not been arguing against selective recounts; they have been arguing against any recounts, under any circumstances.
