John,

I am equally as eminently unqualified as you.

I guess the courts will serve a great
purpose now. With four days to go one side
is using them for leverage and the other is
using them for gridlock. The gears are churning
full speed now and the courts are working overtime
at warp speed. Now there's a well-oiled machine
setting trial dates a day or two in advance and
limiting oral arguments to a couple of sound bites
stiched together over lunch. And it seems that every
lawyer gets a monkey wrench with their law degree.
When all else fails just throw the wrench in and ask
questions later.

Perhaps the court system will expend as much time
and energy as was spent in proving OJ's innocence.
I have to think the escapades to date only work to
lessen the public's confidence in the judicial system.

As for me I have had it upto here <====
