TP: Chad, dimples etc. have little or no bearing on any of this at this point. Sit down, pour yourself a hot chocolate and READ the ruling. The FLSC left themselves a perfect out by citing Article and Section of the US Const. allowing by the way, for the FL Legis. to name the Electors. The FL Const. says it and the US Const. says it. The FL legis. is going to do exactaly that on Wed. That is not to say that there could not be 50 Electors go to Wash. Then, a Repub. heavy Congress will make the choice for you....guess what? LOL Ken
