maybe it was 2.7 4.1 I couldnt make sense of those numbers myself.. anyway I think the point was that most of the punchcards ballots are in heavily democratic areas.. and more democratic areas had undervotes, so bush is less likely to pick up votes in a recount..

Sometimes, I'm not even sure that I care anymore just who is elected. But it sure is fun to see all the right-wingers frothing at the mouth in fear of having all the ballots counted.
