Sauls is a very smart guy who hasn't been accorded the respect due to him, because of the extreme liberal bias of the playground he plays in. I salute him. I watched the whole da** trial, and he was impressive, exhibiting all the traits you'd (or at least I'd) want in a judge. I'd try a case before him, without reservation, anytime. He's being fusterclucked by political powers. Ironic, because his family has very strong Democrat roots in the county. I guess he hasn't gone along with their more recent left-ward tilt. In other words, he's his own man and Democrats don't like that.
