If you are watching the happenings in Judge Lewis' courtroom right now, it becomes apparent very shortly that it is impossible to accomplish the recount ordered by the FL SC and remain within the laws of Fl. and the US constitution. at least not in the time frame allowed. It also isn't possible to do this without counting all votes and all ballots. If the FL. SC knew what was involved in order to accomplish the count, they are just burning time so this goes to the legislature. So Gore can elect himself in the Senate should there be a tie.
